These terms apply to every order placed through shoecaresupply.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and use

We sell shoe care, leather care, and shoe repair supplies made by third-party manufacturers, along with the Caffrey range. Product descriptions are provided in good faith from manufacturer information. Always read and follow the directions, warnings and safety information on the product label before use. Test any product on a hidden area first. We are not responsible for results on materials the product was not intended for or for use contrary to the manufacturer's directions.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred; if we cancel an order that has been paid, we will refund it in full. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation.

Availability

Stock levels shown on the site are updated regularly but are not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the option of a substitute, a wait, or a refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale pricing and terms are agreed separately in writing. Wholesale orders are subject to the terms confirmed at the time of the order.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. Colours shown on screen may differ from the product. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.

Intellectual property

Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. The design and content of this site belong to Shoe Care Supply and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your province.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
