Shoe Care Supply ships from Toronto, Ontario to addresses across Canada.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. If you are outside Canada and would like to place an order, contact us and we will let you know what is possible.

Shipping options and cost

Standard and express delivery options are shown at checkout, and the cost for each is calculated there based on your order and delivery address before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on the option you choose and your location. Standard delivery within Ontario typically arrives within a few business days; remote and northern addresses take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Restricted items

Some products, such as solvent-based deglazers and adhesives, can only be shipped by ground service. If an item in your order cannot ship by the option you selected, we will contact you before shipping.
